Generic Food suggestions - Get this done on the weekend, NOT Monday night.

Make sure to bring what you need to bake over the fire on Day 3. On Day 2 supper will be Roast beef. All you need to bring is the sides.

On Day 1 supper can be anything. Consider bringing Salmon or chicken. I suggest freezing it before the trip and wrapping it in a ziploc and some newspaper so it doesn't dribble on your gear!
